The Costa Calida boasts around 315 days of sunshine a year.Teperatures range from 12c - 22c in the winter and from 18c - 35c in the summer making this an ideal region to be enjoyed at any time of year.

The house is built on the edge of the town with all local amenities such as supermarkets,bars and tapas bars all within walking distance. There are numerous golf courses around the region all within a 5-15 minute drive from Balsicas giving the choice of top resorts without the resort prices.The nearest being La Torre Golf Resort (Polaris World) which is 10 minutes drive away.

The cities of Murcia and Cartagena are a 20 minute drive from Balsicas. Making this an ideal place to stay.
